The broadcast is dedicated to continuous preaching and teaching of the Gospel of our Lord, Jesus Christ. For the Gospel of the Lord, Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes. By the help of the Lord Elder Twitty's purpose is to also edify the spiritual body of Christ by teaching the excellency of the knowledge of our Lord, and to remind those in the Lord of the precious spiritual blessings given to us by God through Christ that make us partakers of his divine nature; and that make us "heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ."
Elder R. Twitty was saved, and ordained an Elder at Bible Way Christ of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith of Washington, D.C.
We thank the Lord always for the labor and memory of the founder of Bible Way Church, the late Bishop Smallwood E. Williams, and those who served after him: the late Apostle James Silver, and Bishop Ronald L. Demery, Jr. who served as pastor for eight years after the passing of Apostle James Silver.
